Godwin Toko is a Ugandan lawyer, researcher, writer, and human rights advocate. He currently serves as Deputy Executive Director at Agora , a digital Public Square advancing public accountability and citizen empowerment and leads the Labour Rights thematic group at the Network of Public Interest Lawyers (NETPIL) A vocal defender of civic space, he is active in social justice activism through the Agora Centre for Research, where he has spearheaded digital campaigns like #UgandaSecurityExhibition, and has leveraged social media platforms including Twitter Spaces to foster meaningful youth dialogue on governance and accountability
