With 16 years’ experience in civil engineering consultancy. My expertise spans the design and project management of highways, oil & gas infrastructure, and cross-border developments across East Africa. I specialize in optimizing designs using locally available materials, delivering environmentally sensitive solutions, and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key achievements include designing and assuring construction of access roads for TotalEnergies’ Tilenga Project, coordinating well pad and road supervision for the CNOOC Kingfisher Project, leading design of multiple One Stop Border Posts under EAC and IGAD, and managing climate-resilient road projects in Northern Uganda. I also serve as Honorary Treasurer of the Uganda Association of Consulting Engineers (2023–2025).
