Graduated from Makerere University in 1985 with a BSc in Civil Engineering. He joined the firm straight from university and has worked on different types and sizes of projects. He heads Water, Sanitation, Drainage and Project & Contract Management.
He is highly experienced in contract management and administration, claims review and determination of quantum, dispute resolution, project costs control and administration. He has been involved in multimillion dollar projects of up to US$ 450 million and dispute resolution of claims of up to US $30 million. He has international experience working in Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Eriteria, Djibouti and Ethiopia.
