Eng. Allan Muhumuza is a seasoned Civil Engineering professional with a vast experience of 20 years as a Civil Works Supervision, Design and Measurement Engineer. He is a Registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board and a Member of the Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers.
He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University.
He has been Team Leader on several key public road, building and bridge infrastructure where he has demonstrated excellent leadership and project management skills. He has considerable experience in FIDIC forms of contract, measurement of works, preparation of claims, financial reporting and control and project cost management.
Eng. Allan is well versed with project implementation procedures for road projects funded by the World Bank (Uganda Support for Municipality Infrastructure Development-USMID, Kampala Infrastructure Improvement and development Project – KIIDP). He is well versed with international design and construction standards including the Eurocodes, The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), Chinese Construction Standards having supervised Design and Build Projects by Chinese Contractors and the South African Standards. He has regional experience working in Uganda.
He is the Secretary General of the Uganda Association of Consulting Engineers and is currently employed by Kagga & Partners limited.
